In consultation with an award-winning local architect, Dennis Moss, a development framework was evolved to create detailed design guidelines.
Drawing inspiration from the rich architectural tradition of Stellenbosch itself, the mastery of the development lies in its balance between public and private spaces, between individuality and convention, between intimacy and community.
